Patient Privacy and Override
Overseeing the administrative capabilities is an over-arching set of roles and privileges that control the use of the system by
every user linked to the patient. An organization manager can switch on/off the privileges for creating new staff users, assigning
staff users to patients, creation of staff titles and account-specific features such as defining the scope of patient information
being accessed by any user linked to the patient’s account. For certain roles, some privileges are always turned on or off or set
as default with editorial rights to turn on or off. At every turn, the patient can switch, edit, or revoke the privileges.
