Pricing Plans

Gold Plan ($9.95/person, per month)

Peoplechart helps you collect copies of your medical records from up to 6 physicians (or health care organizations) and up to 2 updates per provider (per year). With Peoplechart, the records collected from your providers will be subject to our one-of-a-kind indexing, tagging, and categorization for each page. This way, you can easily sort and find the medical pages by the information provided in any or all of these categories:

1. Name of the provider from whom we collected your medical records
2. Author of the content on the page
3. Date authored
4. Type of medical record (we have over 75 categories and different schemas)
5. Medical specialty

If you are interested in simply accessing certain records, then you can also benefit from our innovative schema and select the section most relevant to your situation. You can also select pages by report titles in any of our three standard reports.

Platinum Plan ($19.95/person, per month)

This plan provides collection service for your medical records from 15 providers. Please contact Peoplechart at (415) 362-8800 if you need more than 15 collections. With Peoplechart, the records collected from your providers will be subject to our one-of-a-kind indexing, tagging, and categorization for each page. This way, you can easily sort and find the medical pages by the information provided in any or all of these categories:

1. Name of the provider from whom we collected your medical records
2. Author of the content on the page
3. Date authored
4. Type of medical record (we have over 75 categories and different schemas)
5. Medical specialty

If you are interested in simply accessing certain types of records, then you can also benefit
from our innovative way of organizing records and select the section most relevant to your situation. You can also select pages by report titles in any of our three standard reports.

Family Plan ($39.95/family, per month)

Based on a maximum of 4 individuals, the fee would be less than $10 per person per month. To qualify for the Family Plan, registrant must be a member of an immediate family (father, mother, and/or dependents — children under 18 years old). Please call Peoplechart for more details about this plan.
